Due to the professional and intellectual nature of our services, the policies below govern refunds, service adjustments, and delivery timelines.<\/p>\r\n\r\n    <h2 class=\"cs-section-title\">1. Refund Policy (Consulting & Professional Services)<\/h2>\r\n    <div class=\"cs-policy-card\">\r\n        <p>Centsense Consulting Limited\u2019s services are advisory, compliance-based, and are time-bound. Accordingly:<\/p>\r\n        <ul class=\"cs-list\">\r\n            <li>Fees paid are non-refundable once an engagement has commenced, as services involve the application of professional judgment, expertise, and time.<\/li>\r\n            <li>A refund may only be considered where:\r\n                <ul>\r\n                    <li>Centsense materially fails to deliver the agreed scope of work without reasonable cause, or<\/li>\r\n                    <li>Services delivered are demonstrably inconsistent with the signed engagement letter or contract.<\/li>\r\n                <\/ul>\r\n            <\/li>\r\n            <li>Refund requests must be submitted in writing within seven (7) days of delivery of the disputed service or deliverable.<\/li>\r\n            <li>Refunds shall not be issued for:\r\n                <ul>\r\n                    <li>Change of client instructions or scope after commencement<\/li>\r\n                    <li>Delays caused by late, incomplete, or inaccurate client information<\/li>\r\n                    <li>Services already rendered, advisory opinions issued, or statutory filings submitted to regulators<\/li>\r\n                    <li>Penalties or interest imposed by statutory authorities<\/li>\r\n                <\/ul>\r\n            <\/li>\r\n            <li>Where approved, refunds are limited strictly to the portion of fees relating to services not yet performed.<\/li>\r\n            <li>Approved refunds are processed within 14\u201321 working days.<\/li>\r\n        <\/ul>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n\r\n    <h2 class=\"cs-section-title\">2. Service Adjustment & Re-engagement Rules<\/h2>\r\n    <div class=\"cs-policy-card\">\r\n        <p>As consulting services are intangible and non-returnable, Centsense applies service adjustment and re-engagement principles instead of traditional return or exchange rules.<\/p>\r\n        <ul class=\"cs-list\">\r\n            <li>Clients may request: Clarifications, Minor corrections, or Revisions, provided the request falls within the originally agreed scope of work.<\/li>\r\n            <li>Requests must be made within five (5) working days of delivery of the relevant output.<\/li>\r\n            <li>Requests arising from new client instructions, previously undisclosed information, or changes in tax law after delivery shall constitute a variation and may attract additional fees.<\/li>\r\n            <li>Centsense reserves the right to decline requests that conflict with Kenyan law, professional standards, or ethical obligations.<\/li>\r\n        <\/ul>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n\r\n    <h2 class=\"cs-section-title\">3. Penalties & Interest \u2013 Statutory Notice<\/h2>\r\n    <div class=\"cs-policy-card\" style=\"border-left: 5px solid #d9534f;\">\r\n        <p>Under Kenyan tax and statutory laws, late payment or filing may attract penalties and interest of up to 1% per month.
